Kelly Jurgensen is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas along with the United States Tax Court. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (B.A. 1999). Kelly also earned her law degree (J.D. 2003) and her advanced law degree of Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M. 2004) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Kelly’s primary areas of practice are trust administration, estate planning, probate administration, small business organization and tax planning. She is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, the Children’s Mercy Planned Giving Council, the Eastern Kansas Estate Planning Council, the Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
Kelly resides in Lenexa, Kansas with her husband Chad and their son, Garrett.
